All Apimaye products have 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against any defects. If there is anything not right, we’ll try to make it right.

Upon arrival of the product, please inspect the box for any abnormalities. On average, our hives go through 6 different shipping hubs to reach from our warehouse in Mesa, Arizona to east coast. This number can double if purchased from Amazon. Each hub means the box gets handled one more time. If there are any dents on the package, please take a picture, and show it to your carrier as well. All our packages are insured through the carrier. If the items have arrived damaged, please take a picture of it and email it to us. We can send a replacement part right away. 

If any part is damaged during or after the warranty period due to user error, we have parts available at reasonable prices to make sure your hive is back in perfect shape as soon as possible. Reach us with pictures of the parts that need to be replaced, and we’ll work on them together.

Returns & Refunds

We ship multiple times a week. Should you decide to cancel your order before it gets shipped, just send us an email or call us and we’ll cancel your order and your money will be fully refunded. Should you decide to return the item after receiving and before using, reach us and we will send you a shipping label to return it back to our warehouse. You’ll be refunded for the items returned minus the shipping costs for each way. If you have purchased locally you can just bring it back to our warehouse and we can start return process.

The items should be in new condition to be returned. We can not accept any returns that may have been contaminated by introducing them to bees.
