How Do I Use My Pollen Points?

Pollen points are a great way to save money on your Apimaye purchases. You can earn pollen points by referring friends, writing a review, buying a product, and participating in other promotional activities. Once you have accumulated enough pollen points, you can redeem them for discounts on your next purchase.

1. Open your Apimaye USA account.
2. Click on "Rewards"  toggle in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Under "Pollen Points," you will see the number of pollen points you have earned.
4. Click on "Ways to Redeem" to see the available discounts.
5. Select the discount you would like to redeem.
6. You will be sent an email with a unique coupon code.
7. Apply the coupon code at checkout to receive your discount.
   
   Important Note About Pollen Points & Bulk Discounts:

Unfortunately due to technical limitations, pollen point coupons currently do not work with bulk discounts applied automatically at checkout.

Here's what to do if you encounter this:

1. Add your beekeeping essentials to your cart.
2. If you qualify for a bulk discount, it will be automatically applied. (Yay!)
3. At checkout, you may see coupon doesn't apply if you try to use a pollen point coupon. Don't worry, your pollen points are still safe!

 To use both discounts: 
1. Take a screenshot of your shopping cart showing the bulk discount applied. Contact our friendly support team at support@apimaye-usa.com.

2. Attach your screenshot and include the pollen point coupon code you want to use. We will be happy to create a custom shopping cart for you where both the bulk discount and your pollen points are applied!

This way, you can enjoy the maximum savings on your beekeeping supplies.
