Shipping

Shipping to the Lower 48 States & D.C.

We offer free ground shipping on Apimaye products over $50 to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Products in stock ship within 2 business days.

Most orders ship from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. Some products also ship from our warehouse in Robbinsville, New Jersey when that gets them to you faster or for less. We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Larger orders often ship in several boxes, and each box has its own tracking number. Boxes can arrive a day or two apart, especially if they ship from different warehouses. If part of your order arrives first, give the rest another 2–3 days. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at support@apimaye-usa.com and we'll look up the tracking for you.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes, and our hives and supers are too large for USPS. Please use a street address. If we receive an order with a PO, APO or FPO address, we'll hold it and contact you for a different address, which can delay your order. If you use a mail forwarder or a UPS Store mailbox, please add a note to your order so we don't have to hold it to confirm the address.

LTL Freight for Larger Orders

For larger orders, such as 8 or more hives or 20 or more NUCs, we'll check whether freight (LTL) delivery is the better option. Shipping on pallets is almost always cheaper than UPS or FedEx, and we pass the savings on to you. Trucking companies charge extra for residential deliveries and for addresses without a loading dock or forklift, and each adds about $50. You'll get the lowest freight rate at a business address with a loading dock or forklift.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

Our hives do great in Alaska's cold and Hawaii's humidity. Because shipping our large boxes there costs more, we quote Alaska and Hawaii orders individually. Email us at support@apimaye-usa.com with the products you'd like and your shipping address, and we'll send you a shipping quote.

We also ship to Canada by custom quote. Canadian orders ship with FedEx International Connect Plus. GST and any duties or tariffs are paid to FedEx on delivery. We're not able to ship to other countries at this time.
