Bees seem too love the hives,bought 2 packages,and they exploded.great experience.
I have 7 Apimaye hives and I believe the bees over winter better in them than in a wooden box. I came out of winter with lots of left over honey, the bees didn't have to work as hard to stay warm.
I use these for the bees to either draw out more comb or I have drawn out comb for them to fill up from my support hives.
Apimaye hives are a game changer for us - both in quality of the physical boxes and in keeping our hives alive through extreme temperatures.
We like the tan because it stays looking clean and fresh.

I love Apimaye Hives. Suffice it to say that I now own almost one of every kind of hive box etc. We went from 2 large Ergo overwintered hives to four and are getting ready to do our third split.
