This system is low/no upkeep for the most. Well-built and the modular system works great. The enclosed feeders are a great plus and really it is hard to beat the Apimaye system. Costly compared to traditional???? Sure, but did I mention, no upkeep like wood! The accessories are priced to sell also! Yes, I could have had twice the amount of wood hives to these but I feel like I have the Ferrari of hives.
Love my Apimaye hives. I know they are protected from the heat and cold much better and pests have harder time getting in hive.
No more cracks and holes in my hives, I sure loved and appreciated them, they have held a lot of bees over the years and I have no more worries about West Texas weather! Very happy!
