Shipping policy

Shipping within the US

We offer free ground shipping on Apimaye products over $50 to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. Products in stock ship within 2 business days.

Most orders ship from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, and some products ship from our warehouse in Robbinsville, New Jersey. We ship with FedEx, UPS and USPS. Larger orders may arrive in several boxes, each with its own tracking number, and boxes can arrive a day or two apart.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes, and our hives and supers are too large for USPS. Please use a street address. If you enter a PO, APO or FPO address, we'll hold your order and contact you for a different address.

Large orders

For larger orders, such as 8 or more hives or 20 or more NUCs, we may ship by LTL freight when it's cheaper for you. Freight carriers charge extra for residential addresses and for addresses without a loading dock or forklift.

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped by custom quote. Email us at support@apimaye-usa.com with the products you'd like and your shipping address. Canadian orders ship with FedEx International Connect Plus, and GST and any duties or tariffs are paid on delivery. We're not able to ship to other countries at this time.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse at 317 S 9th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Please call 480-648-8385 before coming.
