I usually get plastic but only wood available on this purchase so that's fine. The quality of these frames looks really good. I'm happy and it may even be easier in the long haul.
Great easy to work hives, have 10 in our apiary with the oldest being 3 years of age, which only has some minor color fading. The round entrances are especially nice to keep open during times of overnight snow. Really liking the updated bottom board which now uses the same clamps as the brood boxes. Overwinter hive losses have been around 10% since switching to Apimaye and maintenance is by far less.
