What Is The Shipping Status of My Order?

Here at Apimaye, we want to make sure your beekeeping supplies arrive quickly and efficiently. That's why we use a variety of trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Physical Address Required:

Since all our carriers require a physical delivery location, please double-check your order to ensure you've included your physical address. While PO Boxes can be useful for some carriers like USPS, they will not work for all beekeeping equipment deliveries. Please make sure to always include your physical address. 

Multiple Warehouses, Multiple Tracking Numbers:

To keep things moving smoothly, we operate out of two warehouses in New Jersey and Arizona. Depending on what we have in stock, your order components may split and ship from either location. Each warehouse processes orders independently, so you might receive separate tracking emails for different parts of your order.

Don't Panic About Multiple Emails:

These separate emails will likely come from different carriers and tracking numbers, as we choose the best option based on package size and weight. Rest assured, all these emails are for your order – just keep an eye out for them all to see the complete picture!
