Plastic piece to put tags on your hives. Same as the ones that come with Ergo brood boxes. 

You'll need two screws to attach to the box. Screws are not included. 1 inch #6 screw recommended. Preferably galvanized or stainless steel.

Everything made by Apimaye is excellent. I cannot imagine going back to the wooden boxes.

Anything that comes from Apimaye is top quality, everything has been perfectly designed. Just not sure the reason it has been stopped being installed during manufacturing.
