This pollen separater board is an ingenious way to collect pollen, the lock piece was broken upon arrival, but after a chat you guys were fast and very kind to immediately replace it the next day, and I have received it in good condition. The fact that you absorbed the cost of a few dollars showed me that you are very customer oriented and kind to boot. You never charged me for mailing it either, so I hope that others will find that you are an excellent place to deal with and will increase your overall good name.
I certainly will buy items from you in the future.
