The Best
The Ergo Plus Single Brood Box is extremely well-made; it feels like it will last for years if not decades. Its design is well thought-through, and it comes with everything you might need - feeders, queen excluder, pollen trap, entrance reducer. Customer support is excellent. I await full proof of the hive's insulating qualities through a New England winter, but already in mid-September here in Massachusetts, I've noticed that while the queens in my wooden hives have stopped laying, there yet are eggs in the Apimaye hives. The up-front cost gave me reason for pause, but I suspect I will be grateful for the quality long after I've forgotten the price. And - if my bees make it through the winter, and I don't need to "re-bee" in the spring - my hunch is that these hives will have paid for themselves in just a few seasons. These hives are a pleasure to use. I am super-happy with the purchase.
Hello, this is the 8th Apimaye box I ordered and this time I went with the core frames with inserts for the brood and medium super. I really like these frames and think they are far better than the pro frames I previously purchased with my other hives. Although when it comes to using the dividers the core frames aren’t as user friendly. The ergo is a great purchase and I absolutely think beekeeping in the Apimaye is far superior than wooden or flow hives. I stand by their products and look forward to expanding next year.
I know our bees are safer and more protected in our apimaye hives! We made, temperature guarded and easy to use. I can not say enough positive things regarding our apimaye hives! Seriously the best way to keep bees.
